Delivery

Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. A summary of these charges can be found at the bottom of this page. The Phonovault Ltd reserves the right to change this shipping policy without notice.

We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our delivery policy and the products' availability as set out on the website.

Delivery

All products are shipped First Class Postage via Royal Mail within 1-2 working days after placing your order, however should there be a problem with completing your order due to supply or some other reason, we will notify you by email of the delay and give you the option to cancel.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by you.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and English public holidays. If we have not shipped your order you may be able to cancel item(s) depending on their current order state.

If the order has been progressed to the billing and despatch stage cancellation will only be accepted after delivery by following the instructions on the Despatch Note which is sent with your order, and returning the item(s) to us. We will then process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to any product which you have unsealed from the packaging in which it was supplied.

If you wish to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' section below.

Returns

We hope that all of our customers are pleased with their purchases, but if any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you wish to return any item(s) from your order please attach a note detailing your reasons for return, and send the package back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you to return the item in question.

For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. Or if you require a replacement we will send this to you as soon as possible.

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.

Shipping charges

All shipping is charged at £2.00 per order.
